Legal Process Service in Pueblo West, CO
Court papers do nothing until they reach the person named in them. 24hour Process Service has handled that step for Colorado law offices since 1989, working from Pueblo West, CO and serving documents across the Commonwealth. Paralegals and attorneys are the clients this firm is built for, and the service reflects it. Intake is clear, turnaround is predictable, and you can check progress without calling.
Built Around the Serve-By Date
Every job that comes in has a date attached, and that date drives the work. Our goal is to meet all legal deadlines, no matter what. For most requests, standard turnaround is 3 to 5 business days.
When the calendar is tighter, same-day and next-day service is available. Mark the serve-by date clearly on your request so the job is scheduled to match it. A hearing that was set on short notice does not have to mean a missed serve.
From Request to Status Update
Starting a job takes three pieces of information: how many papers you have, the service address or addresses, and the serve-by date. You can send them three ways:
- through the work request form
- by email to absolutecolo@gmail.com
- by calling (719) 800-8910
Office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. For pricing on a particular job, ask Donna Hester for a quote.
Once a serve is underway, there is no need to wait by the phone for news. Clients can track their jobs through online statuses. Call Donna Hester for a username and password to get set up. We use up-to-date software to serve the needs of our clients, and that software is what makes this kind of visibility possible.

When You Need an Address First
Papers sent to an outdated address burn through the days you have before the serve-by date. If the recipient has moved, request an address locate alongside the serve. Locates are performed strictly for process services, with one purpose: putting your documents in front of the intended recipient.
